If you personaly know me,you will know Im always on some weightloss mission,I have always had issues with my weight (I thimk every women does),my curves do sometimes get out of control LOL,Since Iam the weight loss "Guru" Im always on the look out for better weight loss remedies,so today Iam going to share with you guys six drinks that can help you during you wightloss programes... 1. Fat Free Milk

In addition to making sure you get plenty of calcium and many other nutrients, Milk is also one of the best drinks for weight loss. Actually, you can drink fat free milk, low fat milk, or skim milk. Milk encourages your body’s fat cells to break down more quickly. If you aren’t used to drinking much milk, start adding it to your diet slowly but steadily.

2. Water

water isn’t exactly nutritious, but it’s an essential weight loss drink. Drink it as cold as you can and as often as you can. You should be drinking eight glasses a day, thus keeping your body hydrated and healthy. Your body might be thirsty rather than hungry, and drinking plenty of water can help keep you from eating when you’re not really hungry.

3. Green Tea

Green tea is quite good for you as well, and it can help you lose weight. One of the reasons it’s a great choice is due to the fact that you can easily drink it just as it is, without sugars or sweeteners, cream, or Milk. You can drink it hot or cold; either way you’ll get all of its antioxidants.

4. Smoothies

If you use the right ingredients, smoothies make fantastic drinks for weight loss. As a base, you should use Greek yogurt, skim milk, non fat milk, or low fat milk. It’s always better to eat fresh fruits rather than simply drinking them, but if you use really healthy fruits and superfoods, you can still drop quite a number of pounds. Smoothies are a great option when you can’t eat a proper, nutritious breakfast. Remember, it’s crucial that you don’t skip the first meal of the day!

5. Orange Juice

Orange juice is a wonder, healthy drink for weight loss because of all that vitamin C. It’s much better to squeeze your own juice and, if you can bear it, leave in the pulp – it’s good for you! again, eating an orange is a better option, but orange juice is so refreshing for breakfast or throughout the day. After all, you may not want to drink water all the time!

6. Lemonade

Speaking of which, here’s another amazing citrus beverage! While lemonade does need to be sweetened in some way, according to NewsMax you can make a lovely, diet friendly afternoon refreshment by mixing vitamin C rich lemonade with sparkling water.
